直到昨天学习到的有

1) 你想要看到怎样的自己, 你就会成为什么样的人
2) 用头脑记得想记的东西… 不要浪费你头脑的quota 去记一些对你没有益处的东西
3) 给自己机会去探险《例如你平时不会碰的东西》
4) 享受当下 认真当下
5) 感恩
6) 不要在负面情绪呆太久
7) 你凡事都可做但不都有益处
8) 坚持
